Farah is a passionate social entrepreneur, with over six years experience of training people, managing volunteers and turning a social action campaign into a social enterprise.

Shahin Ullah – Director & Co-Founder

Shahin was born and raised in South London. Coming from a background of mixed heritage, that being English and Bangladeshi, this has contributed to his appreciation for different ethnicities and cultures.

Amir Qulatein – Director

Amir is an ambitious young man with an interest in youth leadership and a passion to help and teach young people.

Samir Sattar – Content Editor / Writer

Samir's passion for creative writing and journalism led to him becoming a content writer & editor at You Press. He also volunteers & co-facilitates in projects the organisation hosts, helping young people develop with him side by side.

Anna Hickman – Communications and Branding Lead

Anna is a graphic designer who likes to take on projects that reflect causes she feels passionate about.

Julius Razanauskas – Website Developer

Julius joined the You Press team as a volunteer in 2015, helping take You Press from a blog with limited capacity to communicate our projects to where it is today.

Asha Mohammoud – Legal Consultant

Asha is particularly interested in the area of development and with that issues pertaining to the Middle East and Human Rights. Over the years, Asha has worked with other NGOs such as VSO and Interpal.

Merium Bhuiyan – Creative Development Lead

Merium is a teacher of English and Maths, and also the founder of CakeFace Makeup, a dynamic lifestyle and beauty brand which has a unique approach.

Aimee Valinski – Photographer

Aimee is a talented photographer with a great passion and a steady focus for life, for social justice and for the true beauty of the world.

Aneel Idress – Networking & Communication Development Consultant

Aneel is a social entrepreneur at heart. His passion and enthusiasm has gained him numerous scholarships around the globe and he is a fellow at the school of social entrepreneurs.

Chris is You Press’ filmmaker, leading on the project videos, films and documentaries. He has a deep interest in the natural world and human stories.

Najmul is a recent Business and Economics graduate who has found that his interests lie in humanitarian work and helping the world become a better place.
