Reflecting on a tough year and our plans for 2021.
The past nine months have been tough for all of us - for all charitable organisations and for most if not all young people. However, 2020 was still an important year for You Press in many ways. We made significant achievements, partnered with several new organisations, worked with lots of amazing young people, and delivered important projects.
At this year's You Press Rewind event we'll be looking back at the highlights and lowlights of 2020, and we'll also be looking forward to a new year ahead. Whatever your involvement with or connection to You Press, we'd love to see you there.

#Throwbackthursday – to our 2nd international project called ‘The Hole in the Sock of Emigration' in collaboration with our polish partners; Centrum Psychologii w Ełku - Human "LEX" InstytutInstytut.
The aim of the project was to delve deeper into the root causes of homelessness, its impact on the individual and the community. The Research and interviews for the project was conducted by young in the UK and Poland.
Together we created an insightful documentary film that captured the real-life experiences and stories of homeless people in the UK and Poland. The documentary film was used for a homelessness campaign and exhibition that focused on altering the policies that induce homelessness and the laws that hinder change.
For the great that we did together, our partner (Centrum Psychologii w Ełku - Human "LEX" Instytut) received an awarded for the project!! #collaboration #homelessnessawareness #socialchange ... See MoreSee Less
